DSLD Land Management is a fantastic landscaping company. They transformed my yard quickly and efficiently, with an amazing team that was polite, kind, and incredibly hardworking. Mr. Sharp and his son were on-site every day to ensure everything was progressing smoothly, and they always left the yard clean and tidy.

The office staff has been wonderful as well, continuing to come out monthly to adjust my irrigation and check on my plants. I would highly recommend DSLD to anyone wanting their yard to look as beautiful as mine. I’m so proud of my yard and thrilled that I chose DSLD Land Management.

DSLD assisted me with a complete overhaul of my mature landscaping while also constructing a two story garage on my site. Their ability to completely do the design, permitting, install and construction within one company makes for a very easy single contractor solution. I called DSLD to fix my pond pump. I was told it would be $300 for them to come out and find out problem. I paid this price, but when they came out all he did was look at the pump floating in pond and informed me it would be another $600 for them to come out to pull pump, inspect it to determine problem. Then another $600 to come repair. I found a mu h less expensive way to get pump fixed and told DSLD this.
To help make things right, they did offer a $150 refund.

I called several companies about an immediate project and possible other projects. When David Sharp showed up at our door we had a pleasant surprise. Not only is he a great person, but he was my husband’s youth director years ago and they got to have a little reunion. DSLD filled in and tiled a front porch that was formerly a long planter box. We had previously spoken to many others about the project and never was happy with the response, the quotes, or how the others listened to what we wanted. We are so pleased with DSLD’s work, how quickly they completed the project, how well they communicated with us, and the quoted amount for the work that they have us as customers from now on! Plus all the staff are very friendly and helpful!

Contacted the company for a consultation on a yard drainage issue. Paid the $300.00 consultation fee prior to the appointment. Two gentleman, one mature and one younger, came and looked at the yard. Verbally quoted me $50,000.00 to correct the drainage issue. However, they did not put their quote in writing. To review, they charged $300.00 consultation fee but did not provide anything in writing. I had the project completed by another contractor for $4,000.00. You read that correct. Their verbal quote was over 10 times the actual cost of the project.

The response from the owner is laughable and never addressed the real issue. They did not supply the quote in writing. Further, they had no idea what my budget was because that was never discussed. It was probably never discussed because my home is over 5,000 sq/ft and sits on a 1 acre lot. The part about a gas wood burning fireplace is pure bullsh. My home does not have municipal gas service. So what's the real reason? There is no way that they could know the project that I actually had done. I actually had a larger project done but the drainage portion was $4,000. Hence, I made an apples to apples comparison based on the verbal quote. They actually quoted me two $50,000 projects on that day. But, again, nothing in writing. If nothing was in writing, why would I follow-up? This level of unprofessionalism showed me everything that I needed to know.

Great experience with this company! Workers showed up, worked hard all day, and cleaned up at the end of the day to minimize disruption to us. This company was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the job. Any questions we had were answered quickly. We are very happy we used them for our project.
