When I called with issues whether it’s toilet or grass issues, they were resolved. The pest control was great they use. The people they had to cut the grass I wish were better but hey it got cut. Brian the maintenance man has an off putting attitude but he is helpful if you can get past his non friendly customer service . I would have stayed with them but I needed a bigger place . I would definitely rent if given the opportunity. The leasing process was very easy and straightforward. Lots of perks with the benefit package. Thank you guys! I hope your next tenets are good to you guys.

Patsy and the rest of the NFI staff have been awesome and has handled our HOA affairs very professionally and they keep us up to date on all Updates and requirements in Fl. Statutes. They have a robust accounting and HOA management software that provides the Board with monthly accounting statements which was not being giving tour HOA Board timely with another Property Management firm. I highly recommend their services to any association looking for the best company in the area.

Chase from NFI was both my property manager and realtor. During my time when my house was for rent, Chase worked diligently to find a tenant that would take care of my home while occupying it. A few fixes were necessary and Chase took charge quickly to handle it for me.

When it came time to sell, there were repairs needed to the home that Chase took charge of to ensure the house was ready during the close.
