Megan Cook was wonderful to work with on selling our last home and buying a new one. She was very patient and available for any questions She worked really hard to get showings scheduled quickly so we could get into houses we were excited about She's great with kids and walked around showings with our girls so my husband and I could look at things and talk. Her communication is top notch and she kept us informed of both the selling and buying process every step of the way We highly recommend Megan and will definitely use her again next time

Megan has made the entire process of selling my aunt’s home seamless and easy for me. I can’t begin to thank her enough for everything she’s done and all the incredible effort she has poured into this sale. I live in Denver area so I was unable to come back much to help with getting the house prepared for selling. Megan took the reins, scheduled and met with cleaners, planned new carpets to be installed, had a list of reliable sources as well as answers for my endless questions, and got the house sold quickly and for what we asked for! I truly can’t imagine working with anyone else. Hirer her immediately!
