Jeremy Hayden is an absolute pleasure to work with while buying and selling a house. Jeremy has sold for us and also worked very hard to find us a house that we were happy with to purchase. I can personally say that Jeremy cares about his clients and goes over the top to make them happy and feel comfortable in every step of the way. Jeremy is literally the bees knees. Best realtor in town. He will drop everything to get you into the perfect house. Constantly searching for your top needs and wants by checking the market multiple times a day. There were times that something went on the market that matched our needs and he immediately called us to get us on the property. He also has a keen eye to spot potential issues like small cracks in foundations that would typically be overlooked. He definitely knows his stuff.

If you are selling, he only finds the best to ensure your house is in tip top shape. For example, he finds the best photographer and even videographer to highlight all of the dedication you've put into your home. He explained each process not only in writing but also with video so we could understand what we were signing.
