We've purchased homes before so we had other experiences to compare to and Ben made the home buying process better than other realtors. He would call, email and text us regularly, we never had to wonder what the status of our search was. He would arrange his schedule if we found a home we wanted to look at. Ben was recommended to me through a good friend who had worked with him several times. So, there was an immediate level of trust I may not have necessarily had with another realtor. After talking with Ben on the phone and getting some details ironed out, I felt I was working with the right person and he’d do what he could to help me find what I was looking for. Which he did.

Because of how quickly houses were getting put under contract, there were times where I’d want to put a bid on a place only to find out that someone had beat me to it by just a few hours. This happened a couple times and it didn’t look like it was going to stop happening. Because of this, Ben was willing to show me a place I was interested in on super short notice, like 30 minutes short notice. I put him on the spot and wasn’t expecting him to be able to show me the place because of how little time I gave him, which would have been completely understandable because I was asking a lot. But, Ben agreed to go check out the place with me. I was the first to put a bid on the place and ended up closing on it shortly after.

Would I recommend Ben? Yes, absolutely! Would I recommend giving him super short notice to look at a place? No, don’t do that. The situation I described above is just an example of how committed he is to helping his customers, don’t expect that sort of thing from people. Just know that you’re in good hands while working with Ben.
