We first met with Patrick from White Oak Land Management in September 2021. We started working on the design of our yard based on our vision and some ideas from Patrick. He was very patient with the many changes we kept making to the design. Our project began in late May 2022 and was completed in about 3-4 weeks and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Patrick, Bobby, Bryant and their team are very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. I would highly recommend White Oak Land Management!

We began the design phase of our project over a year ago with Patrick. He was responsive, informative, knowledgeable and patient with all the requests and changes we made to ensure the final product would be exactly as we envisioned. After many rain delays, our project is finally completed, and it certainly was worth the wait!
Patrick, Bryant, and his team were great to work with. We were kept informed daily on arrival times, goals for the day and any unanticipated challenges and delays along the way. They were punctual and worked extremely hard throughout the day, every day, for over two weeks until our project was completed!
You couldn’t ask for a more dependable group of hard working men who took pride in their work.
What once was an eyesore, unusable area, is now a beautiful work of art that we can now enjoy throughout all seasons of the year!
We are so grateful for choosing Patrick and his team for our project and look forward to working with him again on many more!

We hired this company to install a small stamped concrete patio. We had to give them half up front. We signed a contract in October 2023 and they started my project in February 2024. I was patient due to weather. The first pour did not dry in time for them to stamp while they were there and was poured on a cold damp day. The only option he gave me that wouldn't cost more money was to resurface what was poured. I was reluctant but I agreed because he gave me a 1 year warranty and said if it didn't turn out he would rip it out and start over. It turned out a smeared mess and they painted it instead of mixing the color in. It was a mess from the start. He quit and never came back to see the finished product he has no idea how bad it looks. Do not waste your time and money with this company or anything Patrick Wright does. If I could give negative stars I would. The photos don't really show how bad it is. He refused to return my deposit.

Patrick told me he would come back and fix anything that needed to be repaired in June 2016. I made several attempts to contact him.
Patrick Wright owner of White Oak Land Management built a wooden fence around my front yard. I asked him in person face to face at my front door if he would come back to the house and repair anything that I found that needed repairing and he told me yes he would. On June 21st I texted him and sent a picture of the wooden gate and said "Hi Patrick, this is a pic of the gate. The bottom part protruding out needs to be fixed." He replied "We'd be happy to help. I'll try to find a break in the schedule to run up there." I replied "Thank you Patrick"
On July 25th I texted the following and received no response "Hi Patrick, Just making sure you have not forgotten about me. Both gates are now sagging which is causing the lock to not work. We need that addressed as well when you get a chance to come out. Thank-you"
On July 27th I texted the following and have had no reply " Patrick did you receive my email a couple of days ago. On July 31st I texted the following and have not had a reply " Good morning Patrick I hope all is well with you and your family. Please let me know when you will be coming out to the house to correct the gates. I know this is your busy time of the year. Would sometime in August or September be good. Please let me know.Thanks"
My son tells me that now, not only is gate warped and sagging, but both sides of the house that have gates are sagging and warped and coming apart.
I am still waiting for Patrick make good on his promise and correct the fence issues.

Patrick and his team at White Oak did a fantastic job on our landscape overall ( irrigation, drainage work, hardscape, and landscape). Patrick was extremely easy to communicate with and always responsive. His team was always on time and accommodating to any requested changes. We get compliments all the time for our beautiful English garden they installed. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking.
