Niki had the quite the challenge when she took us on! None of us could have predicted all the hurdles; unique property, bugs who decided to move in once it was vacant, frozen water pipe resulting in a flood, tumbleweeds taking over the landscaping, a foundation engineer and concrete people, and our goats chasing a prospective buyer! (Yup, that happened!) Niki was dedicated through the entire process, and always with a positive attitude that we would eventually sell.
