Responsible Owner and Irresponsible MAINTENANCE Staff.

Fred is very prompt and responsible but probably he has little to no control on the maintenance staff. They didn’t follow any rules nor least bothered to inform about high billed maintenance items.

I have some much to say but I don’t want to waste my time talking about them and save other property owners from this company and hence writing this review.

Save yourself by choosing a different company for your property needs.

Best Realtor in Town! Bickerstaff Parham is a top notch realtor to rent from. Immediate response to any maintenance requests; emergency requests even at 11 pm immediately answered and executed. I am renting with BPRE for over 12 years and not once did I have a bad experience. Extra shout out to Learmie, most friendliest, competent, polite and respectful person working in the office. I would have been lost without Learmie’s guidance and advice.

Our experience with Bickerstaff Parham Real Estate was marked by frustration and disappointment. Despite promptly reporting a significant water leak on the property, their response was slow and promises of assistance were left unfulfilled. The leak persisted for two weeks, leading to an unexpectedly high water bill and significant inconvenience with low water pressure, rendering basic tasks like flushing toilets nearly impossible.

Despite assurances of help with the bill, Bickerstaff Parham Real Estate's support was lacking. It wasn't until the day the bill was due that they provided the necessary documentation. Even after our efforts to reduce the bill, it remained three times higher than usual.

This experience underscores a lack of accountability and concern for tenant welfare. We advise potential renters to be cautious when dealing with Bickerstaff Parham Real Estate, as our experience fell short of expectations.
