Where is the money going to if Lighthouse Management over Olympic Arms are not paying the water bill on time and no funds to fix the common area issues and a manager that is leaving her position that did not respond for 3 months until a threat of reporting Lighthouse Management, LLC was given? Where is the HOA money going to from the people living at Olympic Arms Condos? I found out money paid to HOA, the people working for them stole all the money paid by the tenants and owners living here and made to pay the HOA back! There are elderly living here that paid for the stolen money. How is this situation going to be fixed?

Never answers the phone. Doesn't respond to voicemails. Her voicemail says for faster response send a text. She didn't reply to those either.

Never responds to emails until you call everyday for a week terrible customer service. I will recommend to the Hoa to find a new magement company
