I have rented from Absolute Realty 2 times now. Both times they went above and beyond to walk me through the property and the application process. Anytime i needed maintenance for anything , it was handled immediately. I was also impressed turning the property back into them and my deposit coming back without any issues. Smooth process from moving in to moving out. I highly recommend Absolute Realty to anyone!!

I've never been treated as good with a rental agency as I have with Absolute Realty. Bruce is a really friendly guy and explains things slowly to where I can understand them. It took no time at all to get me into my condo. Thank you. I tell all my friends about Absolute Realty.

Be warned! The owner of a townhouse they have managed in the past originally was going to sign a lease with me directly. Unfortunately Bruce became involved and talked her out of it. She knew my credit and income situation way beforehand and was willing to work with me…Until Bruce got wind of it. Rent increased, deposit increased four fold, and then ultimately they denied me 2 days before I was to take possession. And now they’re refusing to acknowledge me or return the $55 application fee. Greedy People!!!! He wouldn’t have made as much profit from the original deal.

We have been dealing with Laura and Bruce from Abdolute Realty for over 10 years and they have always gone out of their way to make sure we are happy , satisfied and feel appreciated. We have done multiple deals through them and have always been extremely happy with their service and honestly. They should receive a 10 but only gives 5 stars

I am a new home owner and former tenant of Absolute Realty. I rented a condo from Laura and Bruce for over a year. They were very thorough with regular maintenance such as changing filters, seasonal sprinkler flushes and installing CO2 detectors. Laura regularly informed me of any HOA updates and/or changes . She helped me purchase my new home as my realtor. I received a very nice home with over 2k sq ft feet for a favorable price. I am very pleased and thankful for Laura, Bruce and Don. I highly recommend the Absolute Realty team.
