I have lived at this property in Clifton for three years and I loved it. Definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a place. Quick to resolve any issues and as long as you pay your rent they are not in your business.

If I could give no stars I would!! THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL behavior by the owner Julie Olmsted!! refused to return my calls, and today when I turned in my key, they only had 1 master key for the doorknob I bought and turned 2 master keys into the office, sat there and waited for 15 minutes while Julie was on the phone and then she came out of the office and said "You have about 2 minutes what do you want"? This from a business owner!!! I asked her to step outside since her receptionist was on the phone and the office is TINY, and she preceded to walk away from me while I was trying to talk to her and got in her jeep in her cropped sweater and cut off jean shorts to meet a client? and shut her door and yet again refused to actually speak to me! This woman should not be in the business of dealing with customers or renters!!! COMPLETE AND TOTAL RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR THAT WILL BE DEALT WITH EITHER WITH THE REALATORS ASSOCIATION OR IN COURT WHEN SHE TRIES TO TAKE ANY MONEY FROM MY SECURITY DEPOSIT SINCE I HAVE LIVED AT THE RESIDENCE FOR 7 YEARS FROM A PRIVATE OWNER AND NOT ONE PERSON COMMUNICATED WITH ME ABOUT THE ISSUES IN THE HOUSE!!!

Columbine realty was a great start for our new apartment. Always handled our maintenance emergencies promptly. Never had an issue. Even without properly giving a 30 day notice they were able to work with us and still mailed us the remainder of our deposit! Would definitely rent here again in the future and highly recommend it. As long as you pay your rent on time you should have no problems. Brenda at the front desk was always very helpful as well.

Literally the worst property management. Been here 10 months. I still have unfinished maintenance requests they keep closing. Took almost 6 months to get my garage door fixed. They owe me money to fix the swamp cooler I had to fix when it went out on a Saturday in July. I finally called them after no response 3 days later to be told they were waiting on a response from the owner. My house was 95 degrees. Apparently they don't know what an unsafe living environment is. Their is a drooping ceiling patch in my kitchen that Brenda told me was supposed to be fixed before I moved in...still there. My shower has been leaking for months and they refuse to have it repaired. Meanwhile I clean mold out of my shower daily because of it never drying out in there. Their maintenance guy Johnathan is super unprofessional. He came to tinker with my garage and my son caught him using MY ladder and caught him digging through MY toolbox using MY tools. He left a mess behind when making a repair in my kid's bathroom and fixing one of the two broken loose tiles. The walk through was awful. They told me that the normal maintenance was being done before me moving in...holes in walls, walls drawn on, broken window shades, windows don't seal (my electric bill is atrocious). The place was supposedly professionaly cleaned. It is cleaner now then it was when I moved in. The carpets were covered in this awful white powder the office told me is normal. It took me two carpet washings to get it out. This yard has never been kept up and has been dead for years. Julie drove by and told me to take care of it. I mow the weeds that grow. Not a tenants responsibility to revive a yard that has clearly been dead for years. I just got promoted and am being relocated with two months left in my lease. Paid rent and gave them notice. They won't let me out of my lease but said they can re rent it but won't re rent it. It says in my lease that I cannot sublease and naturally Julie takes forever to respond to emails when it's not an easy conversation. They also gave me a 5 day notice for a dye date change they are not authorized to make mid lease. They tried to base this off of laws that changed only when late fees are due and how much. These guys will do anything to get more money. They are awful and lazy. DONT RENT HERE. The private landlords I rented from were WORLDS better than this company.

I am a current tenant and so far Columbine Realty has been great and easy to work with! We had a plumbing issue in our house and I was nervous to call; expecting them to be upset, reluctant to help, or not help at all (experience with other companies in town). To my pleasant surprise it was the exact opposite! They where very understanding and I got a call right away from a plumbing company! In a matter of a few hours, the issue was already fixed and working great!
What I was worried would be a painful hassle, turned into the fastest and easiest fix I’ve seen in a long time! This is the stuff that really makes a realty company worth while and I will continue to highly recommend you because of this. Best local realty in GJ. Thank you for all of your help!

Carpet was the only thing cleaned when we moved in. Absolutely disgusting.Went with out heat last winter with a 4 month old for 3 days which they still did absolutely nothing to fix, got walked in on by the owner multiple times with no notice or reason to be in our home, he knocked I did not answer so he just helped himself right in when I said hello he hurried and closed the door and took off. Many things went unrepaired while living there even with us letting them know. They will find every excuse to take your money. Do not rent from them.

First the receptionist Brenda is rude and a liar and when busted in the lie doesn't even apologize. And while Julie seems nice the company is no better than Platinum Properties. I had to pay a outrageous amount on deposits and rent and what did I get for my money....I got a filthy place where there is black mold everywhere in the bathroom. No hot water, and stove where only 2 of the 4 burner's work. Walls and doors scribbled on with crayons & pencil.
I am a disabled vet who has given this company every penny I had for the month to ensure I'd have a roof over my head. Considering the mold
problem with me having COPD living by the river is preferable.
Now I have to see if I can find out who actually owns this building and inform them what is happening.
I want a return of every penny I gave them and I'll happily take my business elsewhere.
I am also contacting a attorney.

It is now the 3rd of Dec 2018 and the issues have not been corrected but have gotten worse.

The owner Julie Olmstead knew of all these issues yet didn't care and rented this hell hole to me anyways. Not only is she a liar but a thief as well. This place is uninhabitable and she went ahead and took my money knowing she was not providing me with what I was paying for.

Thieves and very unhelpful. I moved in July of last year and my washer wasn't working at all. They kept telling me they'd fix it and never did. They just took it out and never returned it. They didn't even deduct it from my rent. Up until the day I moved out I had no washer whatsoever. If you can avoid renting from them. Then do so because they are awful.
