I have been celebrating since I recieved the letter from Welcome Home wishing us Luck with our New Property Manager. Luck must be what they are running on bc I really don't know how they are getting away with the way they are treating tenants and running other ppls properties into the ground. All of the 1 star reviews reflects exactly the experience i have had dealing with this "buisness". Luck and wishes are the last thing I need from WH! How About real repairs and Marinence? It has been the complete opposite of Welcoming, their NON Matinence and Blatant Neglect has cause more damage and costly repairs to Our Home. I waited 2years for a proper door seal which was an efficiency issue running up the gas and electric, a gap so wide that let sunshine through, equivalent to a full on heating vent in the summer and air conditioning in the winter. waited patiently for just a door seal, while they completed 4 trash out and remods just on our side of 6 units and several more on the other side. garbage disposal went out, they came without a timely manner and replaced, but then the dishwasher wouldn't drain, so we got a new dishwasher which also would not drain bc they neglected to knock out the plug from the disposal, then they knocked the plug into the disposal which eventually jammed in the blades and the disposal stopped working again. The person tried to blame me for it. Eventually they brought the key for the blades and at some point the plug floated out of the drain(which I still have here, just in case). They did replace the toilet in a timely manner but in general they never answered service request, even when they do quarterly inspections. They can collect the $ but can not complete matinence properly or just not at all. A heinously loud refrigerator kept us up all night for at least 6 months while the request was ignored. came here opened it up looked inside, shrugged shoulders and said idk what's wrong with it and left w/o doing anything. Same story 3or4 times with the door back and forth, it needed a seal then a whole new door and then back again w/o ever making the repair. Again with water leaking from the kitchen sink, opened up the cabinet looked inside, left w/o doing anything twice. The water leak continued to get worse untill the floor was staying wet constantly, subsequently the brand new flooring in the kitchen is now permanently damaged. hot water heater upstairs burst and completely flooded the kitchen, laundry and bathroom. For at least 12 hours over night the water continued to pour like and open tap and caused extensive damage to the ceiling and walls which are now with holes and crumbling away around the laundry and bathroom. It is 4 months and they had never set an intention to make the repairs. These are the Major issues among many other small issues. Swarms of Flys and wasps building mud huts inside. They said we were getting screens, but never did. So like I said it has been many things opposite of welcoming, it has been a stressful nightmare they made Our Home. even though I love the location I was making plans to move. Honestly So Happy and Grateful that the Owner has hired a new property manager. As an Owner I would urge you to consider the reason they are saying you should be no contact with the tenants, it isn't bc of Best Buisness Practices. They are causing major repair issues(at the cost of new appliances, now floors and walls)and robbing you blind in the process. I feel bad and sorry for the ppl who are still dealing with WH, thoes are the ppl I wish the best. As for Welcome Home I hope you get what you deserve. So ppl can stop suffering in their Own Homes under the hands of Theives and Liars. One thing I've learned about this earth is that what you put out comes back to you in folds 10-1000, What goes around comes back around, it's only a matter of time. You keep your luck WH, you are gonna need it. We should have a neighborhood block party this weekend, good riddance to Welcome Home! *you See, now you are In Your Feelings when you should have Been About Your Buisness*

So unprofessional and a bunch of liars and thieves stay far away if you value your mind in one piece. They charge 250$ for cleaning after the renovated the unit. They would have tri monthly unit inspections in which I would ask for repair and typically never got them. We had a huge mold issue which was reported and deemed from the photos no eye witnesses that it was organic growth and not harmful. We had our own test done which showed positive for black mold but she wouldn’t even answer the phone to look. After we left the unit they didn’t give the security deposit back for 60 days and then shorted it for cleaning…. Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting to see

My experience with Welcome Home Property Management has been an absolute disaster from start to finish.

First and foremost, the repair process was excruciatingly slow. We had a serious mold issue that rendered our apartment uninhabitable for 21 days. During that time, we received minimal updates, and it felt like we were forgotten. The lack of urgency in addressing such a serious health hazard is simply unacceptable.

Communication was another major issue. I often found myself reaching out multiple times without receiving a single response. Emails and phone calls went unanswered for weeks, leaving us in the dark about the status of our repair requests. It was incredibly frustrating, and it wasn’t until I discovered who the primary principal of the property was that I finally got some attention. This should not have been necessary; tenants should never have to escalate matters just to get basic support.

Despite my husband and I being responsible tenants—always paying our rent a few days early and taking good care of the property—we were met with indifference. It took almost four months to receive our security deposit back, which added insult to injury. The lack of professionalism and accountability from Welcome Home Property Management has been shocking.

Overall, I cannot recommend this company. The poor communication, slow repairs, and long delays in processing our security deposit have made this an incredibly frustrating experience. If you value your time and well-being, I suggest you look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache—there are far better property management companies out there.

I had a truly fantastic experience with Welcome Home Real Estate. They are all very kind and compassionate individuals and their prices are very competitive, especially considering the time of year. A phenomenal business experience!

Amanda in particular exceeded all expectations of her job. She is a very compassionate human and she genuinely made a lifelong difference for someone, by doing the absolute best job, and demonstrating professionalism and dedication. I cannot express my gratitude for Amanda and everybody else!

If I could give this property management 1k stars I would! We recently moved to fruita from Denver. They made this process incredibly easy. We visited many places in one day and when we chose a place it was completely remodeled by their amazing maintenance man Trent! They kept us informed every step of the way! They worked with us on any concerns. The ladies and gents in the office showed compassion, understanding and we're extremely professional! I highly recommend welcomehome! We're gonna be sticking with them for the long haul! We even discussed how they can help us purchase a home in the future! I've never experienced such kindness and compassion! Thank you to all the welcome home staff!

This company is so unprofessional. I am a property owner who engaged them to manage two properties. Louise made promises to me and my tenants to get issues reconciled, promised quarterly walk throughs and timely communication, none of which happened. It took over a month to get a tenant their lease agreement which left us all vulnerable. Their accounting practices and lack of organization cost me more time than if I had just managed the properties myself. They kept charging me for issues that I had already been charged for and Louise made no attempt to apologize but rather kept making excuses about employees who either got fired or quit. Four people in the span of six months were gone from the business which complicated the processes even further. Their maintenance crew was horrific and unprofessional to the point it made my tenants uncomfortable. When I decided to no longer have Louise manage my properties, she decided she was entitled to every penny of money that was allowed to her from her one sided property management agreement which only protects her and not you as a homeowner. Do not walk away from this company, you may want to run.
