The property on Prospect St. near Shooks Run Park is not well-managed. Tenants routinely allow their dogs to roam the park, off-leash, pooping everywhere. Multiple requests to the property management to control this situation have been ignored.

I’ve lived here over a decade. The rent is competitive with the market and things that need to be attended to get attended to. I’ve watched and had management be very supportive when people need need it as long as the people do their part too. Having watched people come and go since 2011 I know many of the low reviews come from people who expect service (like having maintenance change a lightbulb) that can only be expected from apartments that charge twice the price, or from people that were evicted because they expected to live here for free.

We have called the property manager for our complex multiple times about maintenance issues and they never respond, nothing gets fixed. We have also complained multiple times about noise from the downstairs neighbor and nothing is done about it. There is. The management is horrible and the complex is in tereible shape
