I've been living here since July 2019. I'm in a one bedroom unit. The apartment has plenty of light, a large open floor plan in the living room/dining room. It's very quiet I never hear my neighbors music or stomping around. I have a wonderful view of the woods instead of the parking lot. Maintenance, the office staff, have always been nice. On the down side water pressure is low. Rental rates increase greatly every year. Not the usual $15 or $20. The rental rates are about the same as luxury apartments. Easy access to Columbus is a big plus.

I've lived here for 4 years and everything has been great. Courteous and polite maintenance, when ever I put in a work order, they come immediately and fix the problem.
The things I don't like about living here is the in gate is always open so I can't say this is a gated community any more and my car was keyed in the parking lot

Amanda was quick to assist with any questions or concerns that I had and even went the extra mile to take pictures of a particular apartment I was interested in. The Gardens on Stadium Drive in Phenix City is an attractive, well kept community. The maintenance and office staff have always been very responsive, helpful and friendly. As an individual with mobility issues, I appreciate having a wheelchair accessible apartment on the same level as the parking lot. I enjoy my comfortable two bedroom apartment and my friendly neighbors.

Beautiful place to live. I love it bc of the gated location with the pool. The property is managed by the best of the best and if a situation occurs they handle it as expeditiously as possible.I recommend this place to anyone .

On my second year at the gardens and I love it. You can tell they really care for the property and the buildings on it. Greenery all around outside, beautiful well maintained pool, and maintenance is prompt when called. The interior is just as maintained as the exterior. My 3 bedroom is also very affordable and spacious when compared with current local rent prices. One time someone’s rogue teenager snuck out of the house I assume and stole my half empty perfume bottle and 2$ I left sitting out but only because I was dumb and didn’t lock it. People snooping around in unlocked cars happens everywhere. Just lock the dang car. Otherwise, no incidents of any type and I’m extremely happy to live here and will continue to do so until I buy a house within the upcoming years.

Recently moved in and overall I am impressed not only was the process of moving in a smooth one but staff so far has been on top of everything. Community is clean quiet and honestly I thought being in the front will be an issue but it’s not hardly hear any noise from cars passing plus the bonus the water features at the pool provide a very serene feel when walking by. Cannot rave much more on the privacy that each apartment balcony offers. Definitely has been worth living here thus far. The accessibility to the Columbus and schools is within stone throwing distance. If you want to feel at home not break the bank and still enjoy a night out without driving too far this is the perfect place to live.
