Andrea has been assisting us with real estate transactions for at least 25 years. In our first transaction with her, she was the selling agent for our house in Grand County. She kept us on her mailing list, and sent us updates on the marker, but more importantly, always informed us of power outages, or other things that someone who owned property in Grand Lake, but lived in Boulder would need to know. In July of 2020, she listed our property in Grand Lake, and managed the sale of the property in November. Andrea kept us well informed of the for sale status, and handled all of the details of the sale. She is a top realtor, great ambassador for the Grand Lake community (has deep knowledge of the community, and is active in its success), and is a fine professional in the Grand County real estate community.
