Karen was always prompt to answer the phone or return our calls quickly. She was up front about homes and answered all our questions and made herself readily available. When we finally found the right home the process went along smoothly. She was our advocate on a number of critical interests - i.e. replacing the roof - and acted in our best interests. Our experience was a good one and we are settled into our home and thrilled to be living in Grand Junction.

Doug and Lindsey Yochem are the most amazing Real Estate agents. They go way beyond the responsibilities of helping with the purchase of a home. They respond to phone calls and texts almost immediately. Even after we terminated the first home we were buying, they did not lose patience with us.
