Lazy, unprofessional, and you never know who's coming in your home to fix things. Jamille was HORRIBLE! She had been lying since day one about the property. She LIED and said the home was going up for sale after I finally called the city inspector out. ALL the windows in the home were PAINTED SHUT! There was a big hole in the steps on the front porch, the bathroom wasn't operable when I moved in, the back door had a big gap allowing easy entry to a robber, whomever she sent out was a friend who let me know she is a last minute person and the man even offered to pay for a room for me and my son until they finished the bathroom. I remember coming back to the house to find PISS IN A BOTTLE one of the workers left. I can go on and on. She took a few dollars off my rent literally because she was too lazy to send someone out to clean the home. JUST LAZY. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I’ve waited month to do this just to cool down in what type of experience we had here. First, right when we rented the house given to us, the water heater went out on us instantly and when I made a work order for an emergency work order, we ended up waiting 5 days total for a new water heater with two small children in the house. When I complained about the timeline, I was told to boil water to give my kids a bath by jamille specifically. When we had our water heater replaced, it still did not work until the next day end of day. We also had multiple times in the two years we rented out the house, plumbing issues constantly and when plumbers came to fix or check the issues, every time they would just tell me they couldn’t fix it because the pipes themselves needed total replacement in which the renters never replaced. We also had no insulation in the attic resulting in mold and extremely high electric bill with a hot house all the time. When we began our moveout, we were charged for things that we didn’t even damage. We had to provide our own photos to prove ourselves. Jamille was always extremely disrespectful and massively untimely. We took very good care of the house we rented and completely cleaned the inside and outside when we moved out. Avoid any and all business ESPECIALLY MILITARY because they will take advantage of that as well coming from a military family ourselves who has multiple rentals ourselves. Horrible people and a horrible experience. If I had an option for zero stars, I would give that instead.

Horrible. Rented for a few months, from them. We had to break our lease due to medical issues. We had to pay a penalty equal to two months of rent to break the lease. Before they se t us the final bill, they reported us to a collection company. We paid the bill, and then found out it was on our credit. The collection company won't remove it, they just report it as paid. This is completely unfair, my fico dropped 50pts. This is the ONLY negative I have on my report. If you are a lawyer, please reach out to me. I can't find a lawyer to represent the consumer in this situation.

If i had to do it again I would not go with sparrow. Every request they make of you they give you a 24 hour deadline with threat to lose all deposits and application fees which are very high. The part that annoyed me the most is they don’t even hold themselves to this standard. When I didn’t get a response promptly enough I was told “allow 48 hours for a response.” Don’t set a 24 hour standard you cant even hold up yourself.

Company very unprofessional. Will have you feeling scammed with their bad communication skills. Didn't actually talk to a person till it was to late after uploading all my personal info.

Go up
