We just closed on our house a month ago & I was extremely impressed with our agent, Anna Crenton. She is smart, showed amazing initiative, and was awesome to work with. During the entire process, from looking at homes through inspection to closing, she displayed a vast amount of wisdom. She clearly knew the lay of the land and consistently offered strong advice to help us land our home. Most importantly, she made the process fluid and easy. This was a busy time in our lives, from moving out of state to dealing with some family issues. Anna understood this and made everything turnkey. Would highly recommend using her because I know when we sell - we will again!

Please DO NOT buy a house from this company. They hired the cheapest contractor possible to poorly fix the issues found during the inspection. Even when I addressed the issues with the contractor, he made up some excuse about how it still follows the contract. The "fixes" made the quality of the house worse and now I have to deal with them out of my own pocket instead of the previous owner's. They clearly do not care about customer satisfaction or safety.

Kylie Russell and Karri Goss are absolute rockstars. Without these two phenomenal women, my wife and I would not be in our dream home. The communication, availability, determination and passion Kylie and Karri both exhibited throughout the whole home buying process blew us away. The seller of the home we purchased made the whole process extremely difficult to the point it nearly brought my us to tears. Regardless of what terrible surprise was around the corner from the seller, Kylie and Karri were there to tackle the issue, support us and ultimately get us through to the finish line. We will always recommend Kylie and Karri to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Denver area. They are truly amazing!

If I could go lower than one star, I would. My son used this firm to purchase his first home in 2021. He trusted the agent and ended up losing his entire down payment to scam artists that hacked the realtor's email account and sent him fraudulent wiring information. They never warned him of such scams, and never reached out to compensate him for even part of the $43,000 he lost. I kept waiting for them to make it right by him, but they never did, and instead, tried to get him to sign a release of liability after the closing. I'm sure the amount he lost was petty cash to this billion dollar company, but to him it represented 10 years of savings. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Unethical, irresponsible, and totally devoid of the duty of care for their customers.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. We were on the buyer's side and Sotheby's was listing agent, but we were ignored, flat out lied to, had information hidden from us, and the entire transaction was a complete disaster. Even the financial information in the counter offer we were provided was mathematically inaccurate. When I questioned it, I was told I just didn't understand the contract. I have a master's degree in accountancy, they didn't even give me the benefit of the doubt and insisted I didn't know what I was talking about. They had it wrong. Not sure if it was just they are incompetent or they were trying to deceive me, but I had to argue to get it corrected.

Then the listing specifically said the house included a brand new never used sectional on the 3rd floor. We repeatedly asked what happened to it and after repeated requests for an answer, we didn't find out until after we closed that supposedly the owners decided to keep the couch. Well then maybe it should have been removed from the MLS.

There is much more to list, but in the end, I wouldn't trust this company or Jason with anything important. They are not trustworthy.

Lauren-Claire is a unicorn. She's extremely knowledgeable of the market, knows what it takes to be competitive, and is patient and supportive of buyers throughout the process. She gets us into showings extremely quickly, provides a wealth of perspective and information when crafting an offer, and stays in contact with listing agents throughout the process to ensure we stay competitive. Her knowledge, skill, and overall positivity have meant so much to us. Trying to buy a house during a pandemic is extremely stressful and difficult but she has been there for us every step of the way, and we have not been easy clients to work with by any means. If you are looking to buy or sell I cannot recommend her enough.
