We found new build townhomes for $225k on Google. Specific Geo's website with this info. First of all, show office is so dang hard to find. We get there and the builder says now the townhouses start at $500! We showed him the Google search. Who was ever taking care of his website...didnt!

Houses are too overpriced and too close to neighbors. Not much for privacy and not much parking space for friends or family that visit. The houses look nice but I wouldn't want to live there.
