Beautiful surrounding, beautiful home. Very comfortable and lots of room for family fun. Convenient to fraser and winter park. Nice sledding hill next to the home. Hiking in the area, lots of wildlife.

This review is specifically about the real estate office. I was in town to look at houses and tried to meet with someone from Grand Park but was unsuccessful. I called twice and sent an email via their website. Each inquiry went unanswered. Fortunately, there are quite a few places in development in the Fraser / Winter Park area and I found a beautiful condo somewhere else.

Great location and house. Don't do the appliance upgrade package. We had nothing but issues with the appliances and it is through a separate company. Had to buy a separate dishwasher in the first 3 months as they couldnt get the other one working. Now, just after a year, will have to buy another refrigerator. To think paid of the upgraded appliance package makes me feel pretty stupid. I am sure the oven will go out next. Get the standard package and upgrade yourself.

I went under contract for a duplex while it was being constructed in 2016 and purchased the duplex in January 2017 when it was completed. The development itself is in a great location with great views and the construction quality and finishes of the duplex exceeded my expectations!
