As a whole we really enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was very clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels, toilet paper and other essentials. We loved the location of the condo just steps away from the Lodge at Granby Ranch making it a true ski in/ski out. The ski locker was really convenient for storing our skis and not having to keep them at the condo. There were a few things we weren’t 100% satisfied with. We ended up having to share the ski locker with someone else. There were a few pairs of skis, boots and helmets in the ski locker during our stay. We never found out who they belonged to but we were under the assumption we would not have to share a ski locker. Also, in the instructions the owner stated the fee to use the pool, hot tub and exercise room was $10/day and children were free. It was actually $15/day and only children 8 and under are free. Finally, we were not able to adjust the temperature using the thermostat due to not having an access code. All that being said we enjoyed our stay and would recommended it due to the location, cleanliness and comfort of accommodations. I am a satisfied customer that would like to rent it again next year.

We had the pleasure of staying in this home for our birthday week! We had an absolute blast and Chad was wonderful, cheery and had great communication! Great host, couldn't ask for more for our bdays! The fire pit in the back was the place to be at the end of adventurous days! We can't wait to go back this ski season! It'll be EPIC!!!

This place was definitely a place we will come back to. The owners/host have gone above and beyond making this a comfortable and beautifully decorated place to make our time enjoyable. The beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. We had 6 adults and 2 children and we all had enough room to relax and for the children to play,. The Golf course is right around the corner so the men played golf while we walked to the pool and hot tub area. They also have a restaurant at the base, which made it convenient to walk over for dinner. We will stay here again and want to thank the host's for our wonderful experience.

Let me start off with absolutely wonderful! So I have family in from out of town and we decided to book a last minute fishing trip over the weekend. Carly went above and beyond, several of the websites will not let you book so close to your stay, but 107 basecamp did! We were so that we would have to cancel our trip, but Carly made it happen. She even has flexibility check out which is the best, who want to be running around in the morning rushing to leave, we took the late check out! If you are staying in Granby or the surrounding area this is the place, right in the center, I can even see the lift's from the front door, for in the winter. The place is gorgeous, the location perfect, and the host can't be bet! Thank you Carly we will be staying here again and I recommend you all do too!

The townhouse was a perfect ski getaway! It was very thoughtfully and well supplied with everything a family needs for a vacation. I have stayed in many rentals, but this one was more like a home because it had everything I could’ve needed for my stay. An easy, short walk to the pool and ski lifts. Granby Ranch had fun slopes and more challenging ones to suit everyone on the trip. I loved that all lines led to one place, so it was easy to keep track of the kids. Grocery store was only a few miles away and had everything I needed for our Organic and Gluten-free meals. The host was informative and kind. Check-in and Check-out was easy. I look forward to staying again.
