Our stay at Base Camp One was outstanding! We stayed in penthouse 416 with 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, very large kitchen and dining area, Fireplace, and huge balcony area with beautiful view. This condo building is right there where chair lift are located. This perfect location bace camp one has restaurant, coffee shop, and ski rental gear. They also have a very nice pool, hot tub and fitness center (we did not use).
You can drive into town about 5-10 miles for groceries, other small restaurants, and other shops.

We Definitely recommend this location at Grandby ranch.

Stayed a week in the Mountainside at Granby for skiing. Lovely spacious apartment for 5 adults, although max occupancy states 11 which I expect would be too many. 2 bedrooms plus a 'mezzanine' bedroom = 6 couples but then I can't see how 5 extra would fit on sofas. Hot tub took 4 adults - OK for us. It is located in the master bedroom which is very odd - reduces space for the master BR and you get the odour from the chemicals plus the pump noise (though you can switch off the power at night).
Granby was great for skiing - we were lucky to have several sunny days but with plenty of snow from earlier falls. We had a complete beginner and the ski school was excellent - helped by so few people at the resort which meant virtually a private lesson instead of a group. For the more experienced skiers 2 days would be adequate as there are only 2 main lifts with limited trails, however it made you feel good and with so few people during the week it felt like our own ski paradise !

Very nice, all units are a little different. We hade a one bedroom, beds where old with worn matrices and to small but other than that it was a good experience.

This area was a beautiful place to travel to. The cabin was beautiful and the owners had it decorated and furnished beautifully, but we had issues from the moment we arrived. We had to wait two hours for the cleaners to finish. The cabin wasn’t cleaned well. Our first night the washer machine flooded part of the basement. So we weren’t able to use the basement the entire week we were there. I am disappointment with how this issue was resolved because it was an expensive place to stay and we weren’t able to use two rooms, and a tv room because of the flood and the horrible smell it created. I am understanding that problems arise and things don’t go as planned. But their should have been more compensation for the problems we had.

The location is incredible and views are amazing. However, the neighbors at the Summit are nowhere near friendly. Make one single noise, and you get fined $100 for causing a disturbance. Resort Management Managers do NOT respond to emails and continue to enforce fines based in zero evidence. They do not respond to phone calls, and will not solve your issues in a timely manner. I have never been more excited to move OUT of an apartment than I am now. Also, it took maintenance 4 months to fix a hole in my drywall that THEY caused when they replaced my hot water heater. Would recommend any visitors stay in a tent at a campsite in the dead of winter before they even consider staying here.

Surprised this place had such high reviews. At 96 Mountainside, the cabinet was broken, the WiFi barely worked, and there was a sleep mask on the floor by the bed when we got there, which tells me they don’t clean the place very well. It was a lot of space, but kind of pointlessly so for a one bedroom location.

The amenities are in serious need of an update. There’s no AC and the heating system didn’t work, and the toilets seemed to struggle to flush. No breakfast of any kind included, either.

I’m giving the place 2 stars for the space, decent view, and the hot tub, but all the places where it counts were where the room failed. It would’ve been great for like $150 for 3 nights, but we paid over $400 with a wedding party “discount.” Won’t be returning.

Rented unit 116 and it was an INCREDIBLE BARGAIN. Was shocked (in a good way) at what I got for my money. Great living area with two bedrooms with queen sized beds. Decent view of the ski lift / slope. It is very close to the slope and lifts although I did not try to walk there from my room, but it is probably possible.

The master bedroom comes equipped with an in room hot tub, awesome! The kitchen area with dinning table was nice, just a great deal. The only downside was that the outdoor patio furniture was covered in bird poop, so that was lame and unusable.

Great rooms in great condition with amazing views. Large beds, personal hot tubs and very well kept. My only complaint is the slope of the parking lots create issues for guests during the winter.
