A close family friend recommended Jim Allen and it was a great call. My father passed away as we were preparing his home to be a rental property. We were mid project and now of course the plan changed and it needed to be sold as part of estate plan. Jim and his crew could not have been better. There was lots of work remaining to be done to the property and still belongings to clear out. His trade contacts did great work at reasonable prices.

The agreed upon investments in some cosmetic improvements (new carpet, some minor landscaping, some paint etc.) surely aided in the quick sale. The open house sessions were wildly successful and we had a buyer only two days later.

The very best part about dealing with Jim was communication. He kept me apprised of progress and was so quick to get back to me with any questions. I will share one more detail. When the buyer requested a substantial kickback for repairs identified by the inspection I suggested simply lowering the price. This was a win for us and the buyers as it lowered expenses. There was zero hesitation from Jim, in fact he said “that is a great idea” and helped us convince the seller of the benefits.
