Blown away by the amazing Toni Bush. Rudy was absolutely incredible to work with! He was super responsive, friendly, and educated on the ever changing market. He shot it to us straight and explained exactly what we needed to do to get a rental in a market that was seeing so many applications on each property. After one day working with him we knew we were in good hands. He helped us get the exact property we wanted, and he was extremely patient. Went looking for homes with Tania Vargas after moving to the Houston area for work. By far the best realtor I’ve ever had. She was always super fast to respond and take us around neighborhoods of interest. We found our dream home listed way out of our budget. Tania was able to negotiate a considerable amount off the house and even got them to cover all of our closing costs. A home that seemed so out of reach with its listed price point was obtainable only because of Tania. We even wound up getting money back at closing after the purchase of our dream home. North Hills Realty broket Cindy Koval was great!! She made suggestions of small things that helped us get the best price for our family's home. Rudy Cervantes was our agent. He was proactive during the hunting phase, and quickly caught onto our preferences. He accommodated our schedules, and was always available when we had questions. During closing, Rudy really went above and beyond when the lender was stalling on our loan docs. Rudy pushed to get things done, and even helped us reschedule our moving company, since the closing date had to be bumped back several days. Phenomenal service!!!
