Extremely shady people at this local board who have zero ethics. They tried to get me to pay a reciprocal key fee that I did not need to pay. I spoke to my local association about it and was informed that this was common knowledge. While I am not a member at this location, I am a Realtor and would expect to have the entire Board behind me as all of us pay local, state and national dues. This location is an embarrassment to the ethical standards that Realtors are supposed to uphold.

I am a freelance drone photographer and video and I just got robbed by a realtor with Realty One Southwest in Temecula. Her name is Glenda Patton dre #00975025. I provided drone services for 2 of her land listings 90 miles away. She took all the photos and videos and has not paid me for my services and has blocked my number. She also is very unprofessional and cussed me out on the phone as I was trying to discuss the issues with her. I provided my services same as every agent I have worked for in 3 years. She is currently holding all of my photos and videos for the properties. I called her broker office and they were no help to me whatsoever. They have a unprofessional stealing agent in their team. I tried contacting Barbara Baker their broker CEO but no call back nothing. I talked to her husband Clarke and he told me a week ago that he would try to resolve resolve issue but simply told me that this is not their issue. How is this not their issue? You guys are professional realtors, not landscapers. These people in this brokerage are not honest and professional. Broker does not care about unfaithful business that their agents are doing. I trusted Glenda and she seemed like a nice honestly lady but she is not. To other photographers, please be aware. I'm currently trying to resolve this issue and will enforce a lawsuit if I see any of my photos or videos on MLS or online anywhere. This will be considered copyright infringement on Glenda Patton. I'm very disappointed because of my 3 years this has never happened as I always have trusted realtors. Barbara and Clarke have not reached out to me and do not care about this issue. If a realtor is holding money for paid services and the realtor says they don't care, it's a big red flag. Everyone please be cautious dealing with anyone at this office. Even it's for buying or selling a home.
