SDL Real Estate & Property Management has phenomenal customer service. I was looking for a house to rent for a few months and most property management agencies would not get back to me or would cancel my scheduled showings. Crystal at SDL Real Estate was extremely helpful and friendly. She kept me notified during my application process unlike the other houses I applied for. She was willing to work with me and my busy work schedule to view the house and even move in. Coming from out of state, Crystal was always available to answer any questions I had during the process and even once I moved in. The move inspection was also great. She identified and annotated every discrepancy in the house before my arrival and then come by to go over it, making it a smooth process. Crystal really does go above and beyond and I highly recommend her if you’re looking for any properties that fall under SDL. I am very pleased with the professionalism and customer service of SDL Real Estate & property management.

I have been a pleasure dealing as a tenant with SDL Real Estate & Property Management now for almost 2,5 years and have been so impressed by the quality of service and the consistency of professionalism by all the team with Danny. Dave and Heather are above and beyond to ensure a seamless service is met on each occasion. I've never had managers so accommodating, it's been a pleasure!

I was moving from my family home. It was quite emotional. Cristal showed me the property I now live in. She was warm, congenial, supportive, and knowledgeable. My application was not approved right away but she put in the extra effort to go Bla over and beyond for me, I am now living in a beautiful home with my family. SDL has made renting easy. Cristal was the shining star at SDL. I’m so thankful to her.

As a lifetime renter I have experienced a lot of property management companies ranging from private landlords, apartment companies and property management. SDL Property Management has been the best we have had. They are extremely easy to deal with, available, responsive to questions/calls/repairs, customer service is very helpful as well. Their online platform to pay rent, track information on your lease and payment history, request repairs and monitor the status of repairs is extremely helpful. It is the best website we have ever dealt with.

I have been to the office once and it was very welcoming, clean and professional.

SDL Real Estate and Property Management is a great company, I was with them for 2 1/2 years before I was able to purchase my own home. When I was looking for a place to rent, I went to a number of properties and none of them looked as good as the ones under SDL. They made sure that their properties were up-to-date, clean and ready for move in where the incoming tenant didn't have to do a thing except move in. If there was ever an issue, all I did was put in a maintenance request and I was typically called that day or the next day and it was fixed (I only had a few items the entire time I was there). The people there were great, the house I rented was wonderful, I enjoyed my time there and was very grateful to have done it through SDL Real Estate & Property Management Company. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Our experience with SDL was REALLY good and this review spans TWO years of service! Since the beginning the had a business-like approach to the whole process that I loved—straight and to the point and without fluff. We rented a property that they managed and the entire process was super smooth, quick, and professional. The owner of the property gave us our second year contract without raising the cost for which we are EXTREMELY GRATEFUL: something rare to come by these days! Dave was super nice and helped us a lot towards the end of our lease and we are also grateful for that! When I understand each property and lease is different, I completely recommend SDL if you are looking for a reliable, serious, and generous company to deal with in the Temecula and Murrieta area. SDL Real Estate and Property Management has been great. Very easy leasing processes and a very helpful group of people. I had to break my lease and the transition has been very easy. Once I moved out the property they listed it right away and it was rented within 3 weeks. I definitely recommend SDL Real Estate!
