We worked with Andy Mirabel when we wanted to transfer out our lease. It was such a difficult time (during and post the pandemic) to try to get anybody to come in to open a new business! On top of that, our landlord has proven to be difficult to work with during the transferring process. It has taken a few extraordinary experiences for me to review Keith Simpson. Business search without right agent becomes very discouraging sometimes. In this market, we were fortunate to meet Keith. We hit it off quickly in that initial meeting. I could tell immediately that this was an experienced duo of realtors. What should have been a 15 minute encounter turned into an hour long conversation and ultimately a successful business transaction in less than 30 days.
My deal was extraordinary. Keith is amazingly professional and experienced. In this market, it is not possible to over-communicate and Keith Simpson would always have positive input whenever we had questions or doubts.
