Easy and seamless application process. No discrepancies or hiccups. Great communication from the property management team. Excited for my family’s new home and excited to join our new community. Lived here for just over three years, always felt very welcome in the community, enjoyed the pool and clean communal bbqs every summer, and had ample privacy if I desired. The property is beautiful and situated walking distance from my dog's favorite park. Kara, our on site manager, and the maintenance team is always available and prompt with any repairs or questions that need answering. It was a pleasure to live here, and I would highly recommend anyone desiring a well maintained and gorgeous apartment to look into McInnis Park apartments!

We are living in this place for almost 2 years, we love this place, because first of all the manager is a wonderful person that always help us when we need repairs, and with any needs we have with the apartment.
She is an amazing manager.
The place is always clean and a good shape.

The apartments are disgusting, apart from how expensive they are, and the appliances don't work very well, and the deposit you get at the beginning of the month isn't even half of it back when you decide to leave.

We very much enjoy McInnis Park, it is clean, quite and well maintained. Although the appliances are dated they are in good working order.

I enjoy the pool and the recent improvements but hope that the BBQ’s will return soon.

There are several outdoor lights in 85 North that are burned out . And the building could stand to be swept or blown with a leaf blower.

The only good thing about still living here is that it hasn’t burned down, yet.

Management WILL NOT STOP renting units as if they were multi-family Homes. THIS PLACE IS OVER-FULL so do not rent here! There will never be anywhere for you to park your car. Your friends will never have anywhere to park to come visit. Right now, as this is being written, there is a abandoned stolen vehicle parked in our designated, reserved and extremely well marked parking space. It arrived in the middle of the morning yesterday, it has been there for 24 hours, and so far management hasn’t done anything.These are tiny, one bathroom apartments, and so thinly walled that there is no privacy at all. It is an OLD complex.The electrical, the windows, the door frames, and the plumbing are all worn out.The only new things around here are the roaches, having just arrived for 2020. Last year was the year of the Rat around here. We have video!

This place was amazing years ago. We were proud to live here. Rent was reasonable. There were no dogs allowed and there were no children. Don’t even ask about how illegally run the swimming pool is being run during Covid.It is heartbreaking what this place has become. We pay $3000 a month, plus utilities.
