Literally the devils of the earth. They are great at gaslighting tenants until the owners will pay big for their mismanagement. These guys are the worst. If you are a property owner and use these guys, then you're pretty cool with slum-like conditions. Thankfully the city will get involved when the tenant asks and you'll probably be the one to pay for it. Beware.
