We have been a client of Ariane Sorahan for over 20 years. As our property manager, she is trustworthy, efficient and dependable in managing our property in Vallejo. We live in San Diego and as my husband and I have gotten older, it has been very difficult to drive to Vallejo to check our place. Ariane and Emily are very prompt in informing us in handling any issues regarding the tenants and our property . Inspections to our property, monthly statements and rentals, relevant photos are timely sent to us and informs us of anything important that needs attention. In the length of time that we have had Ariane as our property manager, there was not a single issue that had not been resolved properly and efficiently. We are extremely satisfied with their service. We wouldn’t have chosen a perfect property management company. We highly recommend Lodestar Properties, Inc. They are professional and they definitely deserve a score of 5⭐️Plus!

This property management I will not recommend applicants applying with low are no credit have no chance you pay an application fee and meet all requirements just to be told you are denied and also a feeling of discrimination if you have no section 8 voucher I would not recommend this place for rental purposes the person taking information ask questions not regarding to the applicant
