Our initial interaction with Brandon, the founder of RentWise, was seamless. Brandon visited our home, and based on his demeanor, interest, sincerity, advice, and interaction with both my husband and me, it was evident that the company he represents would be an ideal fit for us.
RentWise undertook some minor improvements to our home, and within a month, the property was rented out.

Also, Brandon demonstrates exceptional service by forwarding our mail from the USA to Canada, even after we relocated three months ago.

They have been attentive on the few items I needed to get done in the apartment, always followed up with email and texts and thanks to their flexibility, my move out happened with no hiccups in the middle of this COVID-19 pandemic. Brandon has been our property manager in San Francisco now for several years now. He and his crew is just absolutely amazing! This is the second review I have done because I can’t stop boasting about how good this company is. After having different properties in different locations of California and having to deal with other property managers he is the BEST. I stand firm on how great he is as a property manager. As a person of color it is hard to find good property managers. But he is absolute amazing!! Color shouldn’t matter but it does unfortunately. Not only does he go over and beyond for his owners but he does for his tenants. We want someone who not only treats the owners right but the tenants as well and that he does. I wish he was located in more areas than he already is California because you just don’t get no better than him. I now know what to look for in a property manager and no longer put up with bad property management companies for my other properties. Present Financial is reliable, caring, professional, knows their stuff, and very thorough.
