Janica is really unprofessional lying about penalty codes to finesse me out of my down payment. Janica team does not know what they’re doing and follow his word. I have a bunch of proof of my roommate damaging the house and he’s trying to charge me for it. Day two of Illegal business Jan assistant came to my apartment without a notice, trying to get me to sign A final inspection when I wasn’t even notified 24 hours in advance I also have a video of them, forcing me to sign and I denied
