Heather Castro at Frontier West has done an amazing job managing our property in Kalispell for the last several years. I hired the right property management company, Frontier West Properties and Heather Castro.
I can't thank Heather enough, as I live in another state and I did not have to worry. She is very knowledgeable and always kept me informed and immediately took care of any situations that came up. She was instrumental in vetting the right tenants for me.

I can't speak highly enough of this property management company. I recently moved to Montana from Florida and the original living situation I had set up fell through when I got here...so I was discouraged and stressed to say the least. If it weren't for Heather, I probably still would not have a place to live. She went above and beyond to not only accommodate me, but my dog too. From cleaning the house, to mowing the lawn, Heather worked extra hard so that I could move in the same day I submitted my application! I am so grateful for her help in ensuring a smooth transition for me and easing my peace of mind. Can't thank her enough!!

We rented a condo in Whitefish, 6203 Shiloh Ave Apt F, from June 2023 through September 2023. It is a great place. Very comfortable and close to Whitefish river, walking paths, good area for bike riding, and just down the road from Safeway. We had great neighbors as well. We would have stayed longer but already had another place lined up to rent for the winter. Ryan was the first person we dealt with from Frontier West and he was fantastic! He helped us through the process of getting the condo and then Lindsay Wilson took over and took care of us for the rest of our stay. She was very nice and friendly. Any issue we had she was quick to resolve. We enjoyed working with her very much. We would definitely rent through Frontier West again. We had nothing but good experiences!!!
