Upset. Put in my application and paid my rental fee for me and my husband and never heard back from anyone. They don't answer phones and rarely answer emails. And when they did email back they said they didn't have rental verification. Nobody ever notified me of this neither by phone or email. I would at least appreciate proof that they really did run my credit. I guess that's why they ask for cash or money orders so they could do this.

I'm not sure what some of the complaints about lagging service is coming from. I have had nothing but a pleasant experience with this company. Less than 24hrs I called with a maintenance issue it was immediately addressed and fixed as soon as it was brought to their attention. This is a company filled with people who care and genuinely try to do their best. It's to remember that attitude and understanding is everything and it goes both ways. The negative reviews are not always accurate give them a try yourself. Realty Fresno really tries to work with and for their tenants. Cost Less Plumbing was also wonderful and quick.

A great company with excellent customer service and great follow up. My son rented a home from them and he never experienced any issues. I would highly recommend. He paid his rent on time and caused no issues. Anytime there was a concern, it was addressed immediately. Thank you for your professionalism.

The receptionist at the front desk programmed my number into the office phone to avoid answering my calls. I called the first few times to ask if I had turned everything in that was needed. The woman who answered told me they were waiting for my current landlord to verify my residency, she emailed them the documents back the same day. When I called to notify the receptionist, she was irritated with me, already, for being so persistent. I asked how long does it take to do the background check since she's received everything she absolutely needed from me. She told me 3 weeks. I told her other agencies do it within 72 hrs, especially when I've turned everything to them. Her response was "Okay?" When I told my current landlord, what the receptionist at Realty Fresno told me, my landlord decided to call her. My landlord told her that she was genuinely not being fair or telling me the truth since she runs applications all day herself & it doesn't take longer than a day.

Very professional staff and nice property rentals none of them are run down like ive seen at ither rental companies I've had no issues been renting from them for 4 years now im satisfied with how fast they respond when I'm in need of maintenance and the option to pay my rent online is convenient

Do not rent from them, they just want money, they evicted me from my home because they assumed that someone was living with me they never had nor have proof of that. They charge me for ac filter and repair when it was working just fine before I left and some other charge I can’t even make out. the neighbors where I was are racist and made false complaints on me your basically are not allowed to have company everyday they are not cool to rent from im in the process of getting a lawyer to go over everything pictures and all so please be aware of these slumlords
