Would give this place no stars if I could. They have left my mom this past holiday week with no power after sending out some idiot out to do work on her electrical panel with no work permits. Only to have it completely shut done by the city. How cruel can you people be that you would put a 70 year lady out like that on holiday weekend and not even have any kind of remorse? Can't even return phone calls or check on your tenants.

This property management company has done nothing about the homeless people squatting and living in empty garage units at their property on N Glenn and Belmont in Fresno CA for the past 3 years. There is rampant violence, drug use, theft, and much more. It is single-handedly ruining the day to day living experiences of all neighboring tenants. I’m a disabled veteran and live nearby. There are retired senior citizens and children that live in this neighborhood as well. The negligence by management is shocking to be quite honest. It’s really a simple fix… you have Fresno PD trespass every single one of these squatters camping out on this property. But for whatever reason, they refuse to do anything about it. Not sure what is going on in that office but none of their extensions work either.

Gabrielle is an exceptional property manager. She was very professional, a great communicator and highly motivated to do excellent work for her client. She is very organized, proactive and very detail oriented. The tenant was very hard to deal with, but Gabriella continues to show her persistent hard work, and continually follow-up with myself and tenant.

I am grateful to have Gabrielle as my property manager. She is truly an amazing asset to SuiteOne Property.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. After paying double deposit I got nothing back. They charged me for things that were not true, Charged me of leaving furniture in the home and NOTHING WAS LEFT INSIDE and they could not prove it either. Plus they charged me $300 for carpet cleaning but they removed the carpet to add tile so basically they wanted my money so they can remodel. THE ASHLAN PROPERTY IS SURROUNDED BY HOMELESS PEOPLE WHO BREAK INTO YOUR MAILBOX CONSTANTLY AND TRASH IS EVERYWHERE. The security gate YOU PAY FOR will NOT save you. Don’t waste your time with these rude unprofessional people.

This place is HORRIBLE . They will NOT give you back your deposit . MOVED to another state and they are taking FULL advantage of me and saying they can’t give me back my deposit . Left the house SPOTLESS and now wants to charge me a 300$ cleaning fee . This property management is HORRIBLE I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. & if you owe anything in rent they will HARASS you and leave eviction notices on your door EVERY SINGLE DAY.!!!

Sayland properties has Fast & speedy service! Never had an issue waiting too long to get something fixed. They have nice properties for a great value! Brian was really helpful with any questions we had during our walk through as well as our paperwork. Definitely would recommend renting your next home from them!

The receptionist was very professional and helpful. She navigated well on the phone on how to apply for the requested property and informed me on the application fee . I applied and pray that I get accepted. I'm willing to even pay a little more then the rental price listed.

Completely met Doug by accident. But boy did he change our lives. He showed us how to ensure positive cash flow on a rental we were struggling with. He was the realtor for a rental we were looking at and he quickly became our realtor and property management company. He and his staff did an amazing job in every way. Always accessible and helpful. We were very lucky in finding him and would go straight back to Dart Realty & PM if we move again. Thanks again Doug!
