When COVID-19 hits, is hard to find the right advice on how to vacate my first house. Been renting with RPM now for around five years. We really wouldn’t want to go with anyone else at this point. They set the standard for professionalism, handeling maintenance issues, and communication. There have been a handful of times when we needed something fixed and they were right on it. Beware of RPM – Unprofessional and Dishonest Practices

I do not recommend renting from RPM. My experience with them has been extremely disappointing:
• They withheld the deposit and fabricated false charges after move-out.
• Despite hiring professional cleaners, they claimed the unit was not up to their “standards,” which is simply untrue—everything was cleaned thoroughly inside and out.
• The units are infested with pests, including roaches, spiders, termites, and ants.
• The photos they use and provide are be misleading and staged.
• The managers, Karina and Barbara, were consistently rude and unprofessional.
• Overall, the environment they provide is far from comfortable, and their lack of proper maintenance shows.

Think twice before signing a lease with RPM.
They don’t deserve 1 star, not even half a star.

Best female presenter & 100% professional & straight forward. Triniti deserves a raise for sure. Knew her stuff & didn’t hesitate to learn quickly what she didn’t know or wanted to double check. Excellent communicator, friendly & willingness to be realistic on my expectations & pros/cons. Truthful & fun.
