Kiersten did a fantastic job preparing my topographic survey and pool plan. She was very responsive and worked with me to determine the best location and elevation for the pool. Her pricing was more than fair and I will definitely use her services in the future. I highly recommend.

Could not be happier with Omland & Osterkorn! I needed an Elevation Certificate because my flood insurance went up to $7500/year. I contacted various companies and Kiersten replied to my email right away and quoted me a very fair price. The work was completed in less than a week from first point of contact, and I was able to email the certificate to my insurance company. She communicated every step of the way and was very professional. I highly recommend this company!

Great company to work with. Excellent service, very responsive, and Kiersten was a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to follow through and get my job done even when there were some unexpected problems.

Kiersten did a wonderful job on the initial engineering plan, which was delivered accurately, speedily and precisely. There was also a very fast turnaround time for any revisions that had to be completed to satisfy town requirements. Overall, the service and communication were top-notch. If you ever need a surveyor, I highly recommend Kiersten and this firm!

1. Professional: She is professional, responsive, knowledgeable. She never gives up, she tries all options until solve the problem.
2. Cost: You can call and compared with the other companies , you can not find the better price for this professional help.

Used them for a new pool install. couldn’t be more happier with there design layout and professional service. Kiersten went above and beyond and help me and assisted with all the steps needed from the town and all which was very overwhelmingly for just a home owner to deal with on there own.
