Lived in the sassafras court since 2021 and had issues throughout the years with little support from the property management.
Larry hasn’t given me my rent receipts and wasn’t willing to check water quality at the unit.

Absolute trash. Please for the love of God anyone and everyone reading this post please avoid renting from these people at all costs - they are the textbook definition of a dumpster fire.

The property manager Brooke Immordino specifically takes the cake - no matter how polite or cooperative one may be she is sure to to ruin your experience with her nasty attitude and smug countenance. Newsflash, if you don’t like working with people, you are in the wrong industry!

I can’t imagine how she treats people who actually give her a hard time. She is just laced with bitterness and has a very sour soul.

My experience with Ajax Management is something I would never wish upon anyone. And hear this, I was a dream of a tenant - quiet, peaceful and I always paid my rent early. Renters BEWARE!

I never been in a place that's so loud it's like cheap construction here right along with the ghetto people's it truly don't mix .I got 60 days left on his lease and I need them 60 days to fly by fast

Very unprofessional. All they care about is money. They dont even care about the staff thats why it has been about six property managers and maintenance..there is no confidentiality you're treated as if they're doing you a favor for their screw ups the company bit off more than they could chew in my opinion. Did not have all ducks in order trying to create such a big real estate brand. Units are being rushed not completely thought through. Pay for parking thats not even regularly regulated so basically your paying but anyone can park. Tenants cars have been broken into nothing wa done..when you call to ask why there is no tow truck coming out like you get an excuse but they want the $40 bucks every month. They come into your home unannounced by law you're supposed to be notified. They dont even leave a notice to tell you why they were in your unit..these people just do as they please they have no reguard for anyone...most buildings have call boxes some dont even work which is part of what you pay for..any major important issues when you need to speak to a head of department you get the run around..meters have been crossed wired they drag their feet on that person who lived 110 stockton had water raining in the unit coming through the socket and it went months without be taken care of when finally at your breaking point they act as if your a bad tenant....this is not even the half these ppl are horrible to live under

Ajax management it’s a classy organization, They always addressed any problem I had in my apartment, the workers care about the tenants, they will alway answer your call and do whatever they can for you and your situation in a timely manner, first I’d like to thank Ajax management for making parts of Trenton better places to live in, anywhere there’s an Ajax building in the city those bright lights are on. Yes they just bought the bld. I live in and I have to say I needed a maintenance job ..I called they came out and done above and beyond the problem . I had one issue they came solved 3 issues I offered a tip and he replied no ,u pay rent we are here to help .that's what u pay for already .I appreciate ajax we are off to a great start .....

I had to call 1000 times to get a hold of someone, when I did get my call connected to someone, I requested for some more information and the lady that picked up the phone was extremely rude and hanged up on me, not even worth it, if I could leave 1 star I would so it, don’t waste your time here!
