I lived at Princeton Court for exactly a year. We rented a 1-bedroom apartment and we really enjoyed the experience. Maintenance was quick and prompt although we had very few issues. When we did, the maintenance guy, who I don't recall his name was a very nice and friendly individual. It seemed to be him every time which was nice. On that note, they never would enter our apartment without receiving permission first, which always felt very thoughtful. Mark, the property manager was really dependable and friendly. We never went more than half a day without an email response. When we were moving in, we were concerned about the carpets being replaced, which originally were not going to be, but after a short conversation with Mark, he went out of his way to make it happen, which was awesome. Overall this was a great experience for us. The neighbors all seemed to be older quiet people but very friendly in passing. For the price, in comparison to other local places, this is definitely worth it. If you are worried about being too close to Trenton crime, have no fear, this is well away from that area in a quiet and nice neighborhood. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and reasonable place really close to two NJ transit stops and SEPTA. It is a really convenient location if you are traveling to either Philadelphia, NYC or both, like we were.

I had the absolute pleasure of living in the Princeton Court development for just over one year with my fiancée. Sadly, we have to move closer to work... I will miss this community so much. Any time there was a maintenance issue, it was addressed the same day or within a day. Amazing service. I was never worried that something would be ignored. The maintenance staff is top notch, as is the leasing officer, Mark. The community was always clean, grounds well cared for, trash removed promptly, and no noise at all. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a beautiful place to live within a reasonable budget!! Also, HUGE closets and lots of space!!

Never had any huge problems here. Great neighborhood and they have a great maintenance staff. Our sink flooded one Thanksgiving and somebody came out to fix it same day! Many are pet owners which was great. Having to give them a $300 non refundable deposit was not fun, but overall it has been a great place for our puppy. The bathroom is small but the living spaces are huge for 1 bedroom. A little pricey, but you're really paying for location. Great place to rent if you got the dough!

It could be a decent place, management is definitely an issue. The type of people who have people use leaf blowers year round because they have no other way to utilize a crew of workers. Its nice to have to pay alot for rent just to hear and smell that 3-4 days a week. They just want to force out regular tenants in favor for their Section 8 housing. Why keep long term tenants when you can milk the Government. More section 8 equals higher allowable rent increase for them yearly. There is a reason why all these reviews are old and out of date. Cheap and arrogant are words that come to mind when describing this place.

Lived here for approx 2 years. I think its the nicest apartment complex in Hamilton; pretty quiet and well maintained. Staff is always dependable (locked myself out of my apartment twice in a snowstorm and did not take longer than 10 mins for the maintenance guy to come let me in) front office very friendly and responsive. My one complaint is that there are only windows in the front of mostly all apartments, so you can't get a cross breeze, so gets hot quickly during the spring/fall, even when its fairly cool out. This is probably ok for the majority of the residents (as most are 55+ and a lot of original renters) but for those who like natural breeze and windows open its not so great.

Fantastic community to live in and is close to pretty much everything. Management has been really good with up keeping the community. Never had a problem in the 2 years I've stayed at the community. Highly recommend & is probably 2-3 miles to the train station. So far the best community I've lived in NJ.

The worse management EVER.

Management from HELL.

Also, I found secret camera's in the bathroom. I asked m y coworkers from the FBI to take a look whos it is andit belongs to your department. I am suing you.

Luxury apartments with the WORSE management EVER.

Place is disgusting and outdated. Outside the leasing manager the staff is rude and has some pretty shady business practices. Most of the apartments reek of lingering curry odors. If your looking to rent look elsewhere.
