Lived here for 2 years I refuse to renew the lease. The place isn’t worth no where near the money as an investor nor as a resident. I should have known it was something up with this place from the beginning when I noticed residents were moving out literally every other month also there were plenty of vacancies. Where do I start my First week living there someone was robbed at gun point for their car on the very next block on wood ave. Following months a store that’s 3 blocks away on wood ave was robbed at gun point. Every other day you’re guaranteed to see mental health patients having crisis up and down wood ave. Mind you the court house and police station is literally 4 blocks away from the building and 2 blocks away from where the store robbery took place. Not to mention both of the robbers still got away. The on street residential parking is terrible the police will keep getting your car towed for nothing and the impound yard Gabe’s are criminals they extorting residents of there money and property every chance they get. and meridia don’t help protect your property or anything. This is terrible place management is unprofessional trash always in the hallway the garbage contractor is fill to the top almost every other month to the point trash is hanging out of the incinerator door and garbage odor linger through the hallway Very unsanitary. The building is falling apart from some type of water damage there always some type piece of wall or ceiling falling or cracking due to water damage. every other year or could months it seems like it’s under new management but they seem to never get it together. The electricity in the building is so horrible to the point that when it storms or rains heavy there’s a black out in the building. Scary and unsafe. Last but not least the faucet Water is contaminated in this town plenty of people catching cancer and having cancer symptoms who live & have lived in this town due to the Factory plant that’s near by. It’s so bad that even when it rains you can smell a strange chemical smell in the air, there’s a huge lawsuit that’s currently active you can google search it. If I was given a option to put zero stars really not worth it. Save yourself your money and most of all your family.

I want to take the moment to leave this review for hector the super in Meridia Lafayette, he is awesome , super fast when it comes to taking care of maintenance request. No other súper can compare to him when it comes to taking care of the complex and I have lived in many apartments complex. Please take care of him and make him feel appreciated.

Luz Aguirre the cleaning lady has been an absolute gem! She is incredibly detailed and always ensures that every nook and cranny is spotless. Her timeliness and professionalism are unmatched—she consistently arrives on time and is a true professional in every sense. I’ve never had to worry about a thing because I know Luz will take care of it all with great care and attention. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a reliable and thorough cleaning professional!

I had an exceptional experience at this luxury apartment! The fitness center is well-equipped, making workouts convenient. The common room provides a great space for socializing, and the on-site laundry room adds extra convenience. Having trash disposal inside the building is a thoughtful touch, making daily life more comfortable. Overall, a top-notch living experience with excellent amenities.Betsy and Licy are excellent apartment managers who resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

had a fantastic tour of meridia brownstones with Lauren. The units are newly renovated and spacious, with a modern touch. Amenities looked awesome. The whole experience enjoyable & informative. I was impressed— definitely worth checking out!

This community Meridea was an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. Everything was so beautiful that I felt like I was at with a family place. The office staff (Licy & John etc...) was extremely accommodating and friendly also. It could better located and was amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. It offered amenities that most communities did not.

Paul is the best handyman I know. In case you have an issue with your appliances in your apartment he can address the issue and take care of it properly as soon as he can. Only in a very difficult situation he seeks for help from the manufacturer e.g. for parts etc.

Luz Aguirre is amazing and a very hard worker. She puts a lot of care and attention into keeping everything organized and clean. I'm glad she is a part of the Meridia community.
