Don’t buy! We moved in for less than 2 years and have already seen a lot of broken piece. The property management firm (Taylor management) is terrible and irresponsible. Recently the window crashed suddenly and property management refused to repair the window even it’s part of the building wall. Will have to prepare lawsuit with them.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. All these other reviews are clearly bots. Lived here for 3 years and in the 3 years the rent has increased $1,300, meanwhile …

1. Hot water issues occur monthly and with little notice that they will shut the water to flush the pipes, leaving you with no water at all.

2. After paying HOA and amenity fees you’ll spend your time enjoying the tiniest gym (that can be used not only by your building but also the neighboring one, making it too crowded), a steam room that always has an out of order paper sign on it, a soak in a questionable foamy hot tub, and 2 grills on the roof that never work.

3. Management office send out useless emails threatening … no smoking, no children in the gym, etc but all those things persist. (The irony is the management reeks of cigarettes when you get stuck with them in the elevator, yes the elevator they take to the second floor instead of walking 1 flight and trust me they both could use a little cardio.)

4. They will charge you to use upstairs common spaces, as well as charge move in and move out fees ($300 non refundable).

There are far nicer area with nicer buildings and management. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Very happy to live here. The building is so close to the waterfront and we always enjoy a pleasant walk along the shore after dinner.

I have lived here for 2 years and I can say this is the best building in Jersey City for many reasons. It has top amenities that includes indoor swimming pool, which is rare, so close to Newport Path train and Hoboken path train. Just 1 stop away from Manhattan.

The neighbors are very nice, highly educated and friendly. The buildings is very quiet, the windows, walls and floors insulated so well. You can't hear your neighbors or cars passing on the busy street.

There are free yoga classes and events organized by the management. The gym is so nicely equipped with Matrix machines and weights. Jacuzzi, swimming and sauna are just awesome.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Park and Shore, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I stepped into the elegant lobby, I was struck by the attention to detail and the sophisticated ambiance that permeated every corner of the building. The units themselves were absolutely stunning, every aspect of the condo was designed with the utmost care and attention to detail.

What really stood out to me, however, was the sense of community that pervaded the building. Despite the fact that the residents were all incredibly busy and successful individuals, there was a genuine warmth and camaraderie that was palpable throughout the property. Everyone seemed to be enjoying each other's company and reveling in the luxury that surrounded them.

I would highly recommend this luxury condo building to anyone looking for the ultimate in high-end living. With its stunning design, top-of-the-line amenities, and incredible community of celebrities and influencers, it truly offers the best of everything.

Love this place. Water front, great view of Manhattan. Easy walk, 5-7 mins to Path stations. It got the best amenities in Jersey city, with heated pool all year round, gym, sauna, gym, and many more. Great and very friendly staff. Proud to be an owner of this.

Very high quality luxury building with probably the best amenities found in NJ. There are like 10 different amenities, designed by some top designers.

I think this is the only building in Jersey City with indoor swimming pool, open all year long.

The management is highly responsive and takes care of all the issues timely.

You can find here young professionals from all top tech and financial companies. The Newport Green park is just across the building, and Hudson river and beautiful views on Manhattan skyline just steps away.

Our favorite part of the building is that this is a warm community. Neighbors are friendly and help each other. People volunteered to take care of our dog when we were traveling. We always get the answer if we ask question at the building’s group chat. Very happy to live with those warm-hearted people!
