We love Harrison Estates! We’ve lived there three times and each time has been great. Any time we’ve had issues they’re fixed immediately. We’ve always felt safe and valued as renters. Can’t recommend enough.

We have been here for 4 years and it has been a wonderful experience so far as it was my 1st experience to stay in the US and the admin (Amanda) and everyone were friendly and welcome us as we moved in which I would never forget till day. No matter what issues you have at the apartment the maintenance person troy is always there to resolve. I would highly recommend this apartment and for those who are moving into pell city.

My son and I lived in these apartments for 8 yrs. Never had any issues with anything while living there. Amanda is the best property manager ive ever had the pleasure of renting from. Whenever id see her or Troy (the grounds keeper) always a friendly hello or most of the time a conversation about our families. It really was a family type atmosphere there. Hated leaving but was time to move on.

Just moved in Jan 2020. Have not lived in an apartment in 30 years. Have to say this is a good place. Lots of rules that keeps the riff raff out. Amanda is the best and makes the move in as good as it gets. Three levels and laundry in each building. Washer and dryer hook up in ground level units only. Can’t have a grill so why not heat that meat on the stove, yummy. A few park grills in the common area but I don’t like those. No loud music, no car washing. Nice quiet place. Ground floor costs more but worth it.

FIVE STARS!!!!! I would give more stars if I could.
SAFE to go out at 2 AM to your car. I've done it, working from home. Always keep your wits about you of course, but you don't have to worry about safety.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY. You can feel good about having your family stop in and hang out without worrying about their safety in doing so.
CLOSE TO ALL THE SHOPS/GROCERY STORES, Sonic drive thru, Thrift stores, PNC Bank, the Library, T-Mobile, Huddle House, the list goes on and on. My goodness. Walmart 2 miles or so away.
When you need to get your car fixed, there's a Christian mechanic. The company name is Vulcan Tire. It's just after the Publix parking lot. New building a few months ago and the Owner is amazing. You can feel at ease going there for your mechanic needs.
Moving from the North in Pennsylvania April 2022, I had to move in the area to find an apartment so I got an Extended Stay for 3 weeks. When I met Amanda Phillips to see the apartment, I knew it was the correct apartment complex to live in. Treats everyone with kindness. The apartment was exactly what I was looking for. I have electronic equipment that needs a big space. Perfect for that. I signed the lease the same day.
Absolutely ZERO complaints.
I have been here a year as of April 19, 2023. It has been a pleasure to live here. No noisy neighbors. It is far enough from Martin Street road that you can't hear much traffic noise. It's not annoying.
When an issue in my apartment arises, such as heat, air, toilet, etc... they are very quick to address it. Can't say enough about this place and staff. It's great to live across the driveway from the Leasing Office. Go into the office anytime to speak with Amanda if she's not out to lunch or gone home. The maintenance guys are friendly and take care of business. I love this place.
Just signed to renew my lease for another year, today. I haven't participated in this, but they have monthly Bingo drawings. You just look in the lobby area for the numbers, be the first one to notify Harrison Estates, and match them to the numbers on your monthly newsletter with the Bingo card attached. If you're the winner, you get $$$ off your rent the next month.
Pests - They have pest control and I have seen ONE stink bug and maybe 2 small spiders the whole year. It's incredible. Never stayed at a more accommodating place with virtually no insects and no rats or mice. It's CLEAN, for anyone worried about rats like other apartment reviews indicate.
Definitely LIVE HERE. You won't be disappointed.
It's close to all the local shopping centers in Pell City and surrounding areas. 23 minutes from Talladega. 30 minutes from Vincent area (off of Martin Street). In the shopping centers a mile away, there's Publix, the barber shop, pizza place, etc. I think I've talked enough lol. That's my review. Very, very happy tenant.

Moving to the area for career purposes.
Searched all over for a nice appropriate place.
Wasn't having much luck at all until....

Found Harrison Circle, walked in the leasing office and met Amanda.
She was like a breath of fresh air!!
Immediately welcomed me, put me at ease .
Allowed us to look at a apt unit.

We knew our search was over!
Amanda has been Awesome and very easy to connect with on all paperwork.

Complex is nice, clean, quiet, great safe location.
Close to restaurants and the lake!
Can't wait to move in!

Amanda is the most personable Apartment Manager that I have ever known. She knows everyone's name, where they live, and is extremely nice to everyone. If there ever is a problem, Troy gets it fixed within 24 hours. You also cannot beat the price with the location. I've been here for 2 and a half years and haven't experienced any issues.

The staff at Harrison Estates Apartments in Pell City are top notch! Amanda, the property manager, does an excellent job. If there is an issue she deals with it promptly. She is friendly and always has a smile on her face. Our maintenance supervisor, Troy, is friendly, courteous, and prompt with getting repairs done. Jayla, our housekeeper is also friendly and does a good job. I would recommend living at Harrison Estates.
