Carole Kubis was assigned as our realtor ~14 May 2024 via a veteran mortgage service due to experience with the unique nuances required by Veterans Certificate of Eligibility. Caroles patience and professionalism was the best we could ever have asked for. Our search took us from Stafford to Aberdeen and everywhere in between. Our frustration as buyers searching went on for many months and Carole always welcomed us with a smile. As we started to make adjustments in our search, different properties were piquing our interest but not one that nailed it. With rising mortgage rates rising and prices stabilizing our stress and emotions leveled out and hence we saw light at the end of tunnel. With the start of November we discussed with Carole what our upper limit could be and made on offer on a home that could use TLC, had good bones in a location we would be happy with. A week later we forgot about it and moved on to seeing what was a very nice home that had our interest and Carole our realtor surprised us with a counter offer. After seeing a home, we thought was it we debated and decided to accept the counter offer and move on from there. Then reality set in and we still had to sell our current house and Carole to the task heading into the holidays and winter weather. Caroles professionalism shined as she held open houses and surveyed the market in real time. Here professional advice led to adjustments and we closed within 90 days. Carole is the best we could have asked for and made our life decisions that much easier though buying and selling. The year has been so surreal as Carole navigated our journey for us.
