First time home buyer here! I don’t usually write reviews for all my business experiences, but Jeff and Joel were the absolute delight to work with.

My first stop on the list just so happen to be my purchase and I looked at them and said GET ME THIS HOUSE. Our offer was thankfully accepted in this crazy market, but the process was not all smooth sailing, due to a very difficult seller, and their knowledge and services helped us get through it for the BEST outcome possible. They have top tier references for any need during this process and without those references, like for example, an attorney, we would have not gotten through this process as smoothly as we did. These two are very seasoned in the field and truly care about their clients and I would refer them and KP Edgestone Realty to everyone and anyone.

If you're looking to sell your house in a quick, efficient manner, then this is the realtor for you! Jeff and Joel get the job done! Their enthusiasm makes this difficult process so much better and easier. The professional pictures made our home look that much better. We had our first offer within 36 hrs and the open house bought in 17 groups of people with multiple offers! They kept us informed throughout the process. No guessing games. They were always available to answer any and all questions. Need a scrap guy? They knew someone. Need an exterminator. They knew someone. Seems like they know someone for anything!
