If you are in need of a realtor in NJ, I recommend Danielle Coyle of ReMax Select. I selected Danielle on the basis of the reviews I saw on-line. It was a great decision on my part. Danielle provided great advice for preparing the house for showing, was always available and was highly responsive. She hired a professional photographer for the on line photos which I believe had a huge impact on the number of people interested in viewing the house. Within 48 hours we had many offers on the house. Almost all (all but one or two) were above asking. Danielle helped me sort through the offers, advantages and disadvantages of the various offers and within 1 week we were under contract. She was able to provide me various contacts to deal with things like electrical repairs, an attorney to handle the closing, estate sales, etc. She was very helpful throughout the process.
