Wow Gary really goes above and beyond. Gary did an amazing job when we bought our new house. One of the many things he did was to make a video offer in person to the sellers which I believe helped us being selected as the buyer. When we sold our previous house, Gary did multiple things that were exceptional, including taking time to clean the yard of leaves in a heavily forested area before the open house, and adding new fire extinguishers for the certificate of occupancy. Gary is always available and will answer your text or call immediately. He and his coworkers are truly amazing and would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs an agent.
