Applied to Chalfont after being in communication via email for months and touring the previous year. I confirmed availability and applied. At the payment for the application it froze when I selected submit. It says not to refresh so I let it be for 15 minutes before refreshing. After it refreshed I submitted again and it went through, only to find out I was in fact charged twice. I inquire and ask to be refunded, as well as the status of the application. Over a week passes and I receive an email only saying that my roommate also needs to apply, no word about the double payment. Roommate submitted his application and there hasn't been any communication since. Called today and you already know no one answered.

I use a credit card for these applications in case I need to dispute and my creditor informed me my dispute was valid.

This REGA manage property in Hatfield. It's Liberty Square Apartment. This apartment are not clean and have smoke smells in hallway. Too much trash laying around this property. Also, they never fix at one time, it takes several weeks too fix any maintenance issues. Cheap apartment. I would not even give one star. And not recommend anyone to rent Liberty Square Apartment in Hatfield, PA.

I lived in their Chalfont, PA property for three years.
The entire time I lived there I had issues with the apartment. When I moved in about half the outlets in my apartment didn't work (never fixed), the hall lights only worked when other appliances aren't running (never fixed), etc. When I moved out the maintenance worker who did my walkthrough asked me why I had disconnected the sensor for my water heater... I told him I didn't and he said he was glad I never had issues, but this certainly could have been one.
The second year I lived there my heat went out in January one year and I was told by maintenance they weren't able to get the part needed to make the repair because it was a weekend and they told me to run space heaters.
In the three years I lived there, they only checked my air filters and fire alarms twice (in the same year, but not at all in the other two years), cleaned our dryer vents once.
When issues arose with the neighbors and/or apartment, the office staff does not answer their phone, call you back or respond to emails until you follow up with them several times.

This management is the terrible management. In Hatfield property, we companied in month of May that one of the washer is not working in the laundry room, they still have not fixed it till date. Also, there are unknown bicycle laying around in the parking lot and management has not taken any action yet. Absolutely abysmal customers services and their apartments inside and outside!

This Property Management Company is by far the worst I have ever seen in my life. They make clients pay the $60 application fee and don't get back to them. Overall it is a big Scam, when I approached the worker (LOUIS) who showed me around the apartment he hung up the phone on me.Terrible customer service and management. Also I tried contacting the REGA office 6 times and no one got back to me, again big scam.

Office and customers services sucks. Nobody calls you back, they don’t reply email, however they’re amazing when they need to complain at you.
