HONEST, RELIABLE, DEDICATED! Those are just a few words to describe Lisa and her team. We started the search for our forever home end of October 2021 after accepting that we had outgrown our beloved first home in Sparta. Lisa truly listened when we expressed our non-negotiables for our forever home. This was at the height of it being a sellers' market post covid and there were so many times we would look at properties that we felt we could "settle" for because the market was so aggressive during this time. She reminded us time and time again to be patient and to stay true to our search and that in time the perfect home would come along. By December a house popped up on the market that blew us away and checked every box and them some for what we were looking for. She acted swiftly to get us in for a viewing, and that night we went home and put an offer together with her help. Within a couple of days our offer was accepted! Lisa and her team didn't stop there, after helping us secure our dream home she then worked quickly to help us find a buyer for our house in Sparta. Between December to mid-march it was a marathon to get everything sorted and to close on our home in Sparta in order to be able to close on our new home and she was there every step of the way. To say we are grateful for her, and her teams help would be an understatement. She made dreams come true! Lisa Fairclough and her team are the only realtors we will be using for any and all future sales/purchases.

Lisa and her team were wonderful to work with they were responsive, professional and worked hard to get the best deals for us. Our home was professionally photographed, drone video of our property and personally showed our home everytime an agent and buyer wanted to see it. She also represented us as a buyers agent worked hard to get the exact home we were looking for. We were very happy with our experience and would highly recommend Lisa Fairclough Realtors.

Worst realtor around. Charged me 1400 realty fee over a month ago, lockbox still on after lease started. Called 5 times with no results. Would never use them again.
