Changed my garbage days without telling me and my garbage man leaves trash on the ground weekly. He is very sloppy. Sometimes even get skipped. Grr.. sucks

Service has improved mostly on time now. Latest bill said a $2 charge would be added for using a credit card. So I went back to bill pay but you don't seem to have a direct pay relationship so using the address on the online bill you money will be sent by snail mail 7 days maybe.

We have had pickups on time for months now. Only reason I gave it 4 vs 5 is because the driver doesn’t set the bin down all the way before pulling off and doesn’t swing out from it when he backs up causing him to run over my bin. Luckily it’s still usable but it’s a pain to have to pull it right side up all the time.

They have done nothing about it. Our trash usually runs on Mondays. It was a holiday, fine. Tuesday afternoon we call to see why our BROKEN can was still here, AS WELL AS, a can we borrowed from a city who no longer uses their services. (I WONDER WHY) They told us since our can was damaged they didn't think they needed to pick it up. Were we not supposed to have trash? Thankfully we were able to borrow a can because if not, we would have 2 weeks of trash piled up. Who knows if if they will have it picked up Monday.

The lid on our trash can has not been attached since early November. We have put in multiple request for repairs, but never get it fixed. We finally put a stick through to hold the lid on to the trash can. This week, the driver completed ran over our can with his back two wheels. He was very aware he did this as he stopped. We thought he was going to get out of the truck, but instead he decided not to. I have called multiple times and made multiple requests for a new can. This is a place of business, so our trash needs to be dumped weekly. I now will have no where to put my trash. I know they WILL NOT have me a new can by the time I need it IF EVER!!!!! They claim it's because they cannot get any new cans, but the city I reside in just stopped using these services. They sure were quick to pick those cans up! So I know there are probably 3,000 cans just sitting around WHEREVER.

Waste Management decided they could no longer pick up our trash, and we went 2 weeks with no trash pick up. No credit to the invoice, no accommodation for the trash build-up. No response from the multiple phone calls, emails and chats. The County had to get involve to resolve the matter. Terrible, terrible service.

The customer information should be more informed. I have had 2 containers over 5 years. Just out of the blue one container was picked up. I was told I was only paying for 1. The problem has been reconciled but I'm having to wait on my container. They're saying 5-10 days!

Had a miss pick up. Called costumer service. They claimed it was picked then after another day called back. Was reported picked up again but was not. After the third call and reported garbage was picked up but was not again. I requested a phone call from management still waiting on call. So don’t expect a miss pick up to until the regular day of service

I would give a 0 star rating if I could.

#1 you are about to go up 65% on our monthly bill, yes 65% nearly double the current amount.

#2 My trash service gets missed a lot. Once earlier this year they did not pick up my trash for 5 weeks straight. I called every week to report it but finally had to call corporate to get it done, finally.

#3 The workers have destroyed many of our containers by the way they are handled when they finally do come pick up the trash.

I will seek other means of trash disposal to avoid the unaffordable price increase for service that is unreliable and overpriced.

Update:
I've been trying to pay my bill online but the website has been down for maintenance over a week now. Why did your price nearly double yet your customer service got worse?

Finally, I would NOT recommend WM service to ANYONE.
