I had a party to thank my family and friends who supported me after the loss of my husband and mother. Bridget worked with me through my nervousness to insure that I had everything I needed and was always there to answer my questions and to reassure me that whatever I needed she would be there for me. I reached out first to another party store and was shocked by their prices! The prices at petrosh was so reasonable, I never looked anywhere else! Was actually shocked at how reasonable they were! I had gotten smaller items from them in prior years but nothing to the magnitude that I needed for this party. Look no further than petrosh!

I cannot recommended Petrosh's Big Top Tents enough, between the tent and all other things needed for our wedding the price was very reasonable. The crew was awesome, worked efficiently, and very friendly. The day of our event it was colder than we expected and they were on top with bringing heaters over ASAP. Thank you!!!

Steer clear of this company, they only care about your money. I was aware of the cancellation policy with 50% refund and knowing a hurricane was coming in, called to cancel my very overpriced chair delivery. They encouraged me to wait until the day before to make a decision, even though I told them that was outside the cancellation window. Rain was supposed to hold off, then an hour before our wedding it was pouring and 50-60mph wind gusts on the beach. The drivers arrived and they advised us that the chairs should not be set up as they would just blow over. We tipped them $60 and thanked them, they did not set up the chairs and they left. They said they would talk to office about a refund. No one ever contacted us, so we reached out and they were so incredibly rude. My spouse was trying to kindly ask them to at least meet us in the middle and give 50% back, and he couldn’t even finish his sentence as the woman was snapping at him and talking over him. That is so incredibly rude, that I could not in good conscience recommend this company. We paid quite a bit of money for a service that was not received. Contract or not, that’s a poor way to do business and a poor way to treat customers. Steer clear and find someone else for your rental!

I had a very good experience with Petrosh for the rentals at an October 2022 wedding at The Women's Civic Club of Stone Harbor. They were helpful in figuring out what was needed, making last minute changes and delivery/set up on time. I felt their prices were reasonable and that they offered a good selection of items. We had a tent, propane heaters, lighting, tables, chairs, bars, ice chests and linens. I called them so many times to tweak things that I was sure they were getting annoyed with me.... but they were so patient and helpful in the planning. I highly recommend them. Additionally, they do so much work in that area that my other vendor and the borough knew them well and were happy to hear that they would be working together.

I booked Petrosh for my daughter's 6th birthday. I rented a water slide. Steve was very quick to respond to my email inquiring for a quote. I was directed to call their office to book the rental if I was okay with the quote provided. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and she explained the whole process to me. Even discussed the accommodations if the party day had inclement weather and I had to move the date.

I was told the slide would be dropped off an hour prior to the party start, so I was very surprised when the delivery arrived 6 hours prior. This was perfect because it allowed the workers to take their time to set up and make sure everything was working properly. The delivery men were excellent and they explained to me what to do for pick up and what time they would pick up the slide the next day. I assumed at booking I would only get the slide for a few hours, so to have it for the entire day was great. After the party, my daughter and a couple of her cousins went on the slide until the sun came down.

I would definitely recommend Petrosh when it comes to rentals. The process was so smooth.

We rented a ton of tables, chairs, pop corn machine, and cotton candy machine for our daughter’s first birthday. When I called to order, the receptionist helped me figure out how much I needed to order. Also, they allow you to change your order if you need to add or take away certain items. The delivery drivers we absolutely amazing! They dropped everything off and set everything up then came back the following day to collect everything. They came early the next day so we didn’t have time to clean up the machines. The drivers were so nice and cleaned it up for us! The prices were reasonable and the staff was super friendly! The machines also come with everything you need! Kernels, popcorn bags, butter, cotton candy mix, and sticks! We can’t wait to rent from them again!!
